You build the platforms that the Growth OS runs on. Client dashboards. Internal automation tools. Data pipelines. Integration layers between ad platforms, analytics, and the creative engine. You're not a developer who writes code — you're a systems engineer who builds the infrastructure that makes growth compound at scale.
What you'll operate:- Full-stack web applications:
React/Next.js frontend + Node.js/Python backend - Data integration layer: connecting Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Big Query, and internal systems via APIs
- Client-facing dashboards and reporting platforms — real-time, performant, beautiful
- Internal tooling that automates manual processes and accelerates the Growth OS
- 5+ years full-stack development with production-grade applications
- Expert-level React/Type Script + Node.js or Python backend
- Database fluency:
PostgreSQL, Big Query, Redis — you know when to use what - You've built tools that people actually use daily. You care about developer experience AND user experience.
