Senior Java Engineer – Post-Trade & Financial Systems

We’re looking for strong hands-on Java Engineers to build and operate large-scale, business-critical systems within financial services.

You’ll work on highly scalable distributed applications supporting complex financial workflows, with ownership across the full development lifecycle — from system design and architecture through implementation, production deployment and ongoing support.

• High-volume, distributed financial systems
• Event-driven architectures and microservices
• Kafka and messaging platforms
• Transaction processing and data-intensive applications
• System modernization and scalability
• Business-critical production systems

• 4-10 years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong experience with distributed systems and system design
• Experience building and owning production applications
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture and messaging
• Experience working with Kafka or similar technologies
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and own projects end-to-end
• Experience in high-availability, business-critical environments
