  • Strong experience with Python and data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark).
  • Robust database expertise—SQL and platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Experience with grid computing technologies for large‑scale model runs.
  • Solid background in integration, software development, and/or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and how data moves across upstream and downstream systems.

Desired Skills
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Market Risk or related risk modeling areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement mortgage risk models developed in Python into C++ for scalable and efficient production usage.
  • Support model execution and monitoring across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Modelling Team to fully understand mathematical and functional aspects of the models.
  • Design and develop user interfaces and tools around the models to streamline usability and analysis.
  • Ensure smooth integration of risk model components within broader system architecture and data pipelines.
  • Work closely with upstream and downstream teams to ensure proper data flow and system interoperability.
  • Participate in SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across computing environments.
  • Work in both independent and collaborative team settings to ensure timely and high‑quality deliveries.
