We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team  this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enable our members to access their health data in real time. You will play a critical role in leading our engineering efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and security in all our systems.

• Design and Development Leadership:

• Proven Experience:
  
  At least 12 years of proven experience in software engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity within a startup environment.
