Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on
Lead Full Stack Developer
to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications aligned to the Golden Path engineering stack. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frontend engineering, backend services, distributed systems, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, Dev Ops, observability, automated testing, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end-to-end delivery of business-critical solutions while ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery
  of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
• Architect cloud-native solutions
  on
  AWS
  with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Own features end to end
  — from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews
  ; drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.
• Implement comprehensive
  testing strategies
  (unit, integration, API,
  Cypress-based UI regression
  ) and troubleshoot complex
  production issues

• Mentor
  junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
  in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with8+ years
  of full-stack software engineering experience.
