As a Senior Software Engineer
, you’ll take a pivotal role in building and scaling the core platform that automates and optimizes purchase order workflows for industrial manufacturers. This is a high-impact position that combines deep technical expertise with leadership in system design, architecture, and development.

• Architect & Design:
  Lead the architecture and design of distributed systems to ensure scalability, performance, and high availability.
• Develop & Build:
  Write, test, and maintain robust code in Node.js , React , and PostgreSQL .
• Infrastructure Expertise:
  Build and manage AWS-based infrastructure (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, API Gateway, MSK/Kafka).
• Collaborate:
  Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define and deliver on the roadmap.
• Mentor & Guide:
  Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Problem-Solve:
  Lead investigations into performance issues, bottlenecks, and scalability challenges in a data-intensive environment.
• Adapt:
  Operate effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and challenges.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in high-growth startup environments (Seed to Series C+).
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong track record of building scalable systems using Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS services.
• Startup Acumen:
  Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings while contributing to both strategy and execution.
• Leadership:
  Experience in leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and making impactful architectural decisions.
• Problem Solver:
  Exceptional debugging and performance optimization skills, with a focus on designing fault-tolerant systems.
• Agility:
  Excitement about tackling legacy challenges and modernizing systems at scale.

• The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $175,000-$190,000. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
