Presales Engineer

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents  provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

As a Presales Engineer, your role is to contribute to creating and tailoring end-to-end solutions for our customers, using the FlowX product, making sure we are efficient and deliver in the right quality.

• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the business and functional expectations.
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), working closely with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to‑date configuration documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies.
• Recommend enhancements or optimizations based on feedback.

• 3+ year of experience as a Configuration Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Angular concepts.
• Knowledge in any BPMN platforms (e.g. Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is a plus.
