Position: Staff Software Engineer, Developer Experience
Location: New York

Define and drive the technical strategy for the Developer Experience platform, focusing on CI/CD, delivery systems, and agentic AI tooling. Lead cross-team initiatives to remove systemic friction and mentor senior engineers to scale the engineering organization.

Requirements:

Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in building production developer platforms and large-scale distributed systems. Must be proficient in Go or Python and have deep expertise in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
