We’re hiring a Product Engineer — someone who’s excited to work across the stack, solve hard technical problems, and ship product ’ll join a small, fast-moving team, work closely with the founders, and ship real product from day one. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one role: you’ll be a core member of our product & engineering team.

We’ve doubled revenue in the past 3 months and are on track to grow faster — and with that growth comes a need to scale infrastructure, expand integrations, and invent new product experiences powered by AI.

• Solve challenging technical problems in areas like data pipelines, AI-driven workflows, and system scalability

• Design, implement, and deploy features end-to-end across the stack (Python/FastAPI backend, Postgres, React/Type Script frontend)

• Architect and maintain REST APIs for CRM, Inbox, Campaigns, and Automations

• Build production-level AI Agents using Lang Chain and state-of-the-art models (OpenAI, Claude, open-source) that run critical workflows for our customers

• Manage integrations with platforms like Shopify, Faire, Woo Commerce, Quick Books, and Gmail

• Scale our deployment infrastructure (Docker, Google App Engine, GCP)

• Debug production issues, support our customer team, and shape product direction directly with founders and design

• Have 2+ years of software engineering experience

• Can own projects end-to-end — from scoping to implementation to deployment

• Are fluent in at least one major backend or frontend stack (Python/FastAPI, Postgres, or React/Type Script) and excited to learn the rest

• Write clean, maintainable code and balance speed with long-term quality

• Thrive in early-stage environments where you wear multiple hats and drive your own roadmap

AI that actually gets used daily. Our customers use our AI features daily for lead gen and outreach, and we're building toward agents that do far more — from processing orders to engaging customers to scoring pipelines.

You'll shape how we build. We're past searching for product-market fit — now we're building the foundations under it. You'll define how we do backend architecture, code review, and reliability, and those standards will compound for years.

Our customers love us. We work with hundreds of small and mid-sized brands — startups in their own right — and build closely with them for their very specific needs. When you solve pain points nobody else has touched, the love is loud and frequent.

This isn't a 9-to-5 job. We're doing hard things with a small team, and it's intense. We won't sugarcoat that.

The autonomy cuts both ways. You'll identify architectural risks, make the calls, and own being right or wrong about them. That can be exciting, but also stressful — and it's not for everyone.

You'll wear a lot of hats. One day you're reviewing a teammate's PR and re-architecting an ingestion pipeline. The next you're debugging a production incident, tuning a database, and improving CI. If you prefer a narrow, clearly-bounded role, this might not be the right environment.
