Senior Software Developer

We are seeking two Senior Software Developers for a full-time position in New York, New York. This is a 24+ month engagement where you will join a multidisciplinary project team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrated applications across Business Process, HR self-service, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Knowledge Management, and Client Relationship Management domains. You will provide senior-level technical expertise across the application portfolio, play a key role in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions, and contribute to the development of modern full-stack applications and AI-enabled services built on .NET,

React, and Python.

• Design and develop complex application components including APIs, application logic, database structures, system integrations, and modern web-based user interfaces.
• Participate in the architecture and design of modern enterprise applications utilizing .NET, React, Python, and AI-enabled services.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered application capabilities including integration with large language models (LLMs), semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns where appropriate.
• Lead implementation of complex development tasks and support architectural initiatives across multiple application work streams.
• Develop production-quality code using C#, .NET, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS and Type Script.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to established engineering standards, development patterns, and best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Support debugging, performance optimization, and modernization of existing applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including system designs, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Work with data architects, programmers, and database administrators to ensure adherence to development standards including code reviews, iterative quality assurance testing, interoperability testing, and post-implementation monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners, data teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with Dev Ops and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and application lifecycle management.
• Keep current on relevant industry trends, methodologies, and technologies including modern development frameworks and AI-enabled application platforms.

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of related technical experience in a professional services environment or enterprise application development environment.
