- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.
- Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: LLM and Machine learning;
Programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go to design and maintain software applications;
Algorithm design and selection to improve system scale and efficiency or Data structure selection for optimizing system reliability and speed;
System debugging and root cause analysis for code and firmware issues; and, Systems architecture design for optimal testability and resource configuration.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000 - $301,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers while facilitating alignment on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Develop and evolve mid-term technical visions and roadmaps to meet future requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy large-scale software solutions to solve ambiguous problems and enhance system capabilities.
- Guide system architecture by clarifying complex problems, assessing trade-offs, and vetting designs for cohesion and scalability.
- Drive engineering excellence through comprehensive testing, rigorous code reviews, and the implementation of best practices. Manage project life cycles from planning to production monitoring including stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
