Deployment Specialist

Hybrid — New York City or San Francisco (3–4 days/week in-office)

$140K–$200K base + equity | Relocation assistance available | Open to visa transfers

We're a fast-growing, AI-native fintech startup building the modern operating system for one of the largest and most under-digitized industries in financial services. Our platform replaces decades-old, legacy infrastructure with software that scales and we're backed by top-tier venture investors with strong revenue traction from enterprise customers.

We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to own live enterprise deployments for some of the largest clients in the industry — one of the most complex, high-stakes rollout problems in financial services today.

What you'll do

• Own enterprise deployments end-to-end: understand how a client's operation actually works, configure the platform, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business results
• Spend time on-site with customers (~10–20% domestic travel) observing workflows, digging into data, and solving operational problems
• Partner closely with engineering and product to translate messy, legacy workflows into scalable software solutions
• Make decisions with incomplete information — every deployment looks different, and you'll be figuring out what's actually true
• Help build the playbooks, tooling, and processes that make future rollouts faster and more scalable

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup
• Undergraduate degree from a top-20 university
• Demonstrated AI fluency — you actively use AI tools and coding agents in your current workflow, not just in theory
• High agency, ownership mentality, and comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete information
• A stable career trajectory — we're looking for tenure and internal progression, not frequent job changes
• Basic SQL and Python knowledge preferred; willingness to learn is essential
• Deploy eight- and nine-figure enterprise software contracts into a massive, underserved market
• Work at the intersection of AI, software, and one of the most consequential industries in the US economy
