• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of engineering experience. We care about trajectory more than tenure.
• Strong fundamentals. You understand how things work at a deeper level, not just how to use them.
• A builder's mindset. You have shipped something, built something, or figured something out that you are proud of.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and what it makes possible.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity. We do not have all the answers, and neither should you.

• Build products from zero to one alongside a small, exceptional team.
• Take ownership of real problems from day one. No tickets assigned by someone else.
• Move fast, learn faster, and be honest when something is not working.
