Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with clients, understand complex business challenges, and build scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills, data expertise, and client-facing consulting experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

As an FDE, you will partner closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deploy, customize, and optimize solutions in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements.
Design, build, and deploy custom software solutions aligned with client objectives.
Develop data integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Configure, customize, and implement cloud-based applications and platforms
Build dashboards, analytics solutions, and data pipelines to support business decisions.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to customers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.
Lead technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions.
Drive successful solution adoption and ensure customer success.

Required Skills Technical Skills

Experience developing APIs and microservices.
Strong SQL and database expertise.
Experience with cloud platforms:
AWS
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting experience.
Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in client-facing consulting or solution architecture roles.
Background in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Technology domains.
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
Experience with enterprise platforms and large-scale deployments.
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.

Nice to Have

GenAI, LLM, and AI Agent implementation experience.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment frameworks.
Experience with system integration projects.
Presales or customer success experience.
