Our client is seeking an experienced Application Developer 2 to support full systems lifecycle application development for critical eligibility, recertification, employment/work engagement, claims, and other business applications.
- Develop system design specifications and detailed solution designs
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance .NET web applications
- Develop Web Services, WCF, and API-based applications
- Handle both front-end and back-end web application development
- Develop database, server, security, network, storage, and software configurations
- Create structured diagrams and detailed system operation designs
- Design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms
- Prepare technical, user, operational, and installation documentation
- Work with managers, senior programmers, support teams, and product managers on application enhancements and changes
- Troubleshoot application, database, and IT issues and provide technical assistance
- Assist with software conversions, testing, implementation, and production support
- Provide programming assistance to other developers and projects as required
- 4+ years of .NET Development
- Front-End & Back-End Web Application Development
- Technical & User Documentation
- Software Conversions
- System Design & Program Specifications
- Experience supporting enterprise application environments
- Exposure to mainframe, mid-range, PC, and laptop environments
New York City Area, NY
