Set the technical direction for Android at Polymarket and own architectural decisions
Build and own Android features spanning payments flows, real-time market data, and core UI
Deliver features from design handoff through production
Implement polished, performant Jetpack Compose interfaces
Own CI/CD pipelines and Gradle configuration
Build and maintain Web Sockets, gRPC, and streaming-data integrations
Provide technical leadership across a distributed team
Raise engineering standards through code reviews and best practices
Incorporate AI tools into the development workflow

Requirements

Significant Android engineering experience, with a track record of owning and shaping Android platforms at scale
Strong, current expertise in Kotlin
