Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with

Java.
Strong experience with Python.

Experience with either

LangChain or Sierra framework.
Strong knowledge ofsystem design, architecture, and design patterns.
Experience developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
Experience with cloud-native application development.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
Develop and maintain solutions using

Java, Python, and AWS.
Design robust and scalable application architectures based on business and technical requirements.
Leverage Lang Chain or Sierrafor AI-enabled application development where applicable.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
Contribute to technical strategy, system design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
