About RevinAt Revin, our mission is to bring super intelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform change in history, but the hard work lies in thoughtful, context-aware applications of this technology to the real world.
Revin provides operators with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue. Our modular suite of products includes Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization.
Today, over $2.3B in revenue runs on Revin, making us the number one AI partner for enterprise operators. Our customers include Sears Home Services ($800M), Astara Capital ($700M), Del Air ($150M), Long Home Remodeling ($150M), Improve It Remodeling ($100M), Sage Home ($80M), and more. We have raised $10M from top investors including Stellation Capital, 1
Sharpe, Gokul Rajaram, Russ Heddleston, Michael Werner, Tandem, Max Branzburg, and Marc Bhargava.
We’re hiring a Fullstack Engineer to build the systems that turn AI into reliable, real-world products used by operators running $100M+ businesses. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for engineers who want to work on applied AI in the real world where reliability, performance, and user experience matter. You should be comfortable owning problems end-to-end — from backend systems to frontend UX — and shipping quickly in production.
You will work across the stack, from agent logic and data pipelines to customer-facing tooling and omni-channel delivery. You’ll work with messy, real-world data and systems — not clean datasets or controlled environments. You will partner closely with product, design, and leadership to ship fast, iterate in production, and directly influence the direction of the platform.
What You Will Do- Build and scale production AI systems, including agent orchestration, data pipelines, and customer-facing applications
- Design systems to handle unstructured data and event-driven workflows
- Improve conversation quality and internal agent tooling used by onboarding and customer success teams
- Optimize the omni-channel experience across SMS, email, and voice
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks for AI agents to improve accuracy and reduce errors
- Work closely with product and design to ship quickly, test in production, and iterate based on real customer feedback
- An engineer with 3–8 years of fullstack experience shipping products at a startup, high-velocity, or AI-driven company
- Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies. Advanced degrees are a plus
- A customer-obsessed go-getter who wants to be in the field, getting as close to the product as possible
- An ambitious builder who wants to build a generational product
- A continuous learner comfortable operating in ambiguity. You ship, learn, adapt, and are constantly looking for new information
- Fluent in Python, React, and Type Script, comfortable working with REST APIs and cloud-based architectures, and able to move up the stack when needed
- Comfortable testing and debugging APIs, tracing issues, and working with event-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines
- Bonus if you have built or deployed LLM frameworks, language models, or AI agents in production…
