iOS Engineer (New York City)

Comp: $130,000--$230,000 USD + Equity

Stack: Swift, Objective-C, MVVM, REST APIs, iOS SDK, Xcode

Location: New York City | 5 days/week on-site

• Own major parts of a native iOS product used by 1M+ creators at a fast-growing consumer marketplace.
• Join a small engineering team where you'll work directly with the founders and have significant influence over the product, architecture, and mobile experience.
• Build a highly polished, consumer-grade app generating 200K+ downloads/month.

• Build and ship native iOS features end-to-end using Swift.
• Help define and evolve the iOS architecture as the team scales.
• Build polished, fast, and intuitive experiences for creators.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Establish mobile engineering standards and best practices.
• Work directly with Product, Design, Backend, and the founders to rapidly test and ship ideas.

• 1--5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong Swift and native iOS development experience.
• Experience building or scaling consumer iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture, MVVM, REST APIs, and mobile fundamentals.
• Excellent product instincts with strong attention to UI/UX and detail.
• Comfortable taking significant ownership in a fast-moving startup.
• Able to work 5 days/week on-site in NYC

• Objective-C experience.
• Experience building products from an early stage.
• High-engagement consumer, creator, marketplace, social, or mobile app experience.
• Strong design sensibility and experience building highly polished interfaces.
• Heavy use of AI coding tools, models, or agents in your engineering workflow.
• Startup or founder-level product ownership experience.
