Orchestrade Specialist - New York
$150,000 - $225,000
A leading financial organisation is building a brand‑new post‑trade platform as part of a major greenfield initiative. They are seeking an experienced professional with a strong blend of technical and financial expertise to join their Operations Software Engineering team as an Orchestrade Specialist
. The role focuses on supporting the build‑out of complex financial systems and managing the migration to the Orchestrade platform.
- Work closely with developers and finance teams to integrate Orchestrade with wider enterprise systems.
- Oversee deployment, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Orchestrade environment, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
- Implement and optimise financial models, curves, and risk analytics within Orchestrade.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to users to maximise adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains cutting‑edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Orchestrade.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python and SQL for automation and integration.
- Experience with C#/.NET for Orchestrade customisation is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, risk analytics, and market data.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
