The Bitcoin Way is a Bitcoin-only consultancy that helps people take full control of their financial, digital, and jurisdictional sovereignty. We work one-on-one with clients across self-custody, cybersecurity, privacy, and Plan B residency.

The role

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to build and maintain our site, working hands-on with the Lumos framework.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and turn designs into fast, clean pages. You should be comfortable taking direction as well as pushing your own ideas. You’ll grow fast here and get real ownership early. What you build has to serve the user first, so you build for clarity and conversions, with solid web dev practices, responsivity and accessibility.

You need to be able to analyse the site and keep it optimised for clarity and conversions.

The work

You build, and you build properly. You know Webflow well and you’ve worked hands-on with the Lumos framework. That part is a hard requirement. Experience with Client-First matters too. You’re comfortable working from Figma files, and you keep class structures clean and maintainable.

If you can design too, even better

Design skills aren’t required for this role, but they’re a genuine bonus and something we’d love to see you have. If you can both build and design (web, print, You Tube thumbnails, newsletters) you’ll stand out immediately. Show us in your application.

But you know a build is nothing on its own

A page that works technically but confuses the person using it has failed. Full stop.

You understand UX. If users don’t find something intuitive and clear, the code quality doesn’t matter. And you understand conversion as a real discipline: what makes someone read the next line, trust the page and take the action it’s asking for. For us that means turning complicated bitcoin and security concepts into pages people actually understand and act on.

This matters to us more than almost anything else.

What we need from you, at a glance

Solid Webflow experience with both the Lumos framework and Client-First
Live Webflow sites you’ve built yourself, with clean and maintainable structure
You build to modern web standards, fully responsive and accessible
You’ve worked with conversion analysis (A/B testing, heatmaps, user testing) or want to go deep in it
Comfort with Figma and similar tools
Fluency with AI tools (Claude Code, Midjourney, GPT Images etc.)
The judgement to tell AI slop from genuine quality
Professional pride and ownership in what you ship

Bonus skills

Design skills and a portfolio that shows them
Print experience: colour models and how designing for print differs from screen
Understanding of animation principles
Experience with WebGL, GSAP and Three.js
Experience with tools like Paper and Affinity

On getting paid in bitcoin
