Hiring Wage/Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Work Schedule: August 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

In-season Hours (Aug‑Nov): 25 hours per week

Out-of-season Hours (Feb‑Apr): 18 hours per week

Appointment limited to 999 hours per year; exceeding this may lead to termination of appointment after one year of service.

• Assist the field hockey team during practices and competitions, including skill instruction.
• Adhere to Head Coach’s philosophy and expectations.
• Provide athletic instruction and coaching as directed.
• Manage program operations and administration assigned by the Head Coach.
• Scout opponents and code game plans.
• Analyze post‑game performance and provide insights.
• Assist with camps and clinics.
• Recruit student‑athletes as needed.
• Model leadership behaviors for student‑athletes.

1‑3 years of coaching experience or participation in field hockey.

Bachelor’s degree required.

A current valid driver’s license is required, in accordance with the University’s Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Use Policy.
