Based in New Jersey, our delivery routes extend into Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Delaware. Drivers play a key role in supporting field operations by ensuring equipment and materials arrive on time and in good condition.
You’ll operate company trucks to transport irrigation equipment, parts, and materials, working closely with our warehouse, service, and operations teams to support daily logistics. This position offers consistency, responsibility, and the opportunity to be part of a team that supports agriculture throughout the region.
We’re looking for dependable, experienced CDL drivers who value safety, accuracy, and professionalism. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Drivers must meet DOT requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
Position OverviewThe CDL Class A Driver is responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles, timely delivery of equipment and materials, and accurate documentation of deliveries. This role supports company operations by ensuring efficient transportation while maintaining compliance with all safety and DOT regulations.
The goal is to support efficient logistics, minimize delays, and contribute to reliable service for our customers and field teams.
Responsibilities Driving & Deliveries- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT and company policies
- Transport irrigation equipment, parts, and materials to job sites and customer locations
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries across the service region
- Load and unload materials as required
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report vehicle issues, incidents, or maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams
- Verify delivery details and ensure proper handling of materials
- Follow company procedures and protocols
- Work collaboratively with internal teams
- Represent Lee Rain professionally with customers and partners
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Ability to pass DOT requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Prior CDL driving experience preferred
- Full-time or Part-time
- 8-hour shifts, Overtime opportunities
