• Coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient dispatching of materials.

• Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

• Monitor fleet activity using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and customer interactions.

• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Clear and professional communication skills across various teams.

• Proficiency with dispatching systems and basic computer applications.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.

• Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21-$23.50 per hour
