The Logistics Coordinator (Air) plays a crucial role in managing air logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. This position demands a proactive approach to customer service, requiring the individual to maintain regular communication with clients and keep them informed throughout the shipping process. The coordinator will handle a variety of accounts, balancing multiple shipments and adapting to the needs of both large and small clients.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

• Manage the logistics of shipping goods via air
• Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of products
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale
• Oversee customer service, billing, and day-to-day client interactions
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide updates
• Handle a portfolio of approximately 20-30 shipments concurrently
• Report directly to the operations manager

• 3+ years of experience in air logistics coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A BA Degree is preferred

• 50% healthcare coverage with an approximate cost of $400/month for employees
