- Knowledge of DOT state and federal regulations for commercial vehicles.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch management systems.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Ability to understand operational data and make informed scheduling decisions.
- Dependable, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to adapt to business needs.
- Ability to work in office 6 days a week during the summer; after the busy season weekend days will rotate.
Roadway would not be where it is today nor continue to grow without the dedication of exceptional people who take ownership of every move and every outcome. Our success is built on accountability, resilience and respect, lived out daily by teams who care deeply about each other, our clients and the communities we serve. We move with resilience, adapt quickly and stay steady when challenges arise because people trust us with moments that matter.
