• A Class "A" CDL and are at least 21 years of age
• A positive, dedicated, team-player attitude with commitment to run legal
• 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor/trailer driving experience in the previous 36 months or at least 6 months in the last 12-month period
• No more than 3 moving violations in the previous 36 months
• No isolated DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving violations within the past 5 years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 36 months
• No serious preventable accidents in the last 36 months
• No drug/alcohol positives or refusals within the last 5 years
