Job Description

The Automotive Parts Delivery Driver drives company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts in the local area. They transport products from local parts sources and deliver them to the dealership. The driver consistently operates within legal speed limits and maintains safe driving practices at all times.

This position requires a strong understanding of inventory and the ability to follow detailed instructions to ensure delivery accuracy. The driver is responsible for delivering auto parts to customers, picking up orders, handling returns, and maintaining positive customer relationships. They support sales and service teams, ensuring parts availability to meet customer needs and maintain high satisfaction.

Eligible candidates must pass a background/DMV/Drug screen. Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver aftermarket parts to customers and service departments promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Assist in organization and management of inventory in the parts department.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure all parts needs are met efficiently.
  • Obey posted speed limits and all road rules.
  • Monitor parts inventory and keep storage area in good condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience driving, especially with automotive parts and accessories preferred.
  • Unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive automatic and standard‑transmission vehicles.
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects.
  • Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, customer‑service, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly professional, dependable, safety and customer‑service oriented.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
Schedule

9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
