Location: Pine Island

Our client, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Delivery Driver- CDL B to join their team.  As a Delivery Driver- CDL B, you will be part of the operations team supporting local deliveries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $52,000/Yr

** Shift: 7am-5:00pm - Monday-Friday*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Operate commercial vehicles weighing over 26,000 pounds, such as box trucks and curtain side trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.

+ Drive predetermined local routes within the tri-state area, including Long Island, NY, NJ, and PA.

+ Load, unload, and secure heavy freight using appropriate material handling equipment.

+ Interact professionally with customers, deliver HVAC and plumbing supplies, and obtain delivery signatures.

+ Maintain accurate logs and paperwork, verify cargo loads, and report any damages or discrepancies.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles.

+ Valid CDL B license.

+ Knowledge of DOT safety and log regulations.

+ Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
