This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in cargo operations, logistics coordination, and customer support. You’ll work closely with our operations team to help manage shipments, track cargo, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist with coordinating domestic and/or international cargo shipments
• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers and internal teams
• Prepare and review shipping documents and basic operational reports
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status
• Support daily office and operational tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation, or related field)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the cargo/logistics industry
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
