As a Logistics Coordinator focused on air exports, you'll become the primary point of contact for clients, managing shipments from start to finish while building lasting relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. You'll work directly with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and seamlessly, all while playing a key role in a company that values teamwork, accountability, and long-term growth.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 + / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage air export shipments from origin to destination
• Coordinate shipment documentation and logistics activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Provide proactive updates and maintain strong client communication
• Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage billing and shipment-related administrative tasks
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of air export logistics coordination experience
• Experience working within freight forwarding or logistics environments
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Magaya experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Additional freight forwarding or logistics software experience
