As a Logistics Coordinator focused on ocean exports, you'll take ownership of client relationships and shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and proactively. You'll work directly with customers, carriers, and internal teams while playing a critical role in delivering the high-touch service that has fueled the company's success for more than four decades.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000+ / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage ocean export shipments from origin to destination
• Coordinate shipping documentation and transportation logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Provide proactive shipment updates and maintain strong client communication
• Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage billing and shipment-related administrative tasks
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of ocean export logistics experience
• Experience working within freight forwarding or logistics environments
• Knowledge of ocean export operations, including containerized and roll-on/roll-off shipments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Magaya experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Additional freight forwarding software experience
