Western Express is hiring Company Drivers for its Dry Van division. The role offers a competitive pay package and opportunities for training to become a Driver Trainer.

• 3 months of driving experience required to qualify as a Driver Trainer.
• No prior experience necessary – CDL‑A required.
• Training programs available for recent CDL‑A graduates or drivers returning after a gap of 3 years or more.

• Earn up to $100,000 per year.
• High rates – up to 56 CPM for experienced drivers.
• Safety bonus – extra 5 CPM (van) or 7 CPM (flatbed) + up to $800 more per month.
• Dependable trucks – well‑maintained fleet with latest safety technology.
• Drop and hook – 60–80% drop and hook on freight.
• Team incentives – up to $3,400 per week per team.
• Driver referral bonuses – unlimited.

• Valid CDL‑A (Class
