$26.23/Hour

Schedule: 6am - 2pm

1 year Roll Off experience is REQUIRED

• Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturday hours (After a Major Holiday)
• Early start time - 6 am - 2 pm
• Hourly pay - $26.23/Hour
• Year Round-Steady work

• 1 Year verifiable CDL driving experience within the last 7 years required

• Drivers are responsible for safely operating front, side, or rear‑loading trucks for the pick‑up service of bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material.
• Drivers transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility and may make one or more trips throughout the shift.
• We deploy both manual and automatic trucks.
• Drivers may need to lift up to 50 lbs and move or maneuver up to 100 lbs, as well as mount and dismount the truck multiple times each route.

• 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement.
• One‑year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Great safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience as a driver or helper for a refugee company is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations.
• Ability to speak and read English to converse with the public, understand traffic signals, respond to official questions, and make legible entries on reports.
• Read and understand a map.
• Meet physical and safety requirements of the position.
• Willing and able to work required hours as allowed under DOT regulation, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Routes may require navigating congested communities and confined or tight city areas.
• Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential.
• Drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts.
• Pre‑ and post‑inspection required; drivers responsible for ensuring truck compliance with safety standards, OSHA, DOT, and local traffic laws.

USD $25.74 / Hr.
