Delivery Associate Walker

Job Description

This is a Full-Time OR Part-Time Walker position with JSR Logistics (the “Company”) delivering packages to customers!

• $18.50 to $19.50 hourly rate paid weekly
• 6 to 8-hour shifts are typical
• For Full-time employees, one weekend workday per week is required

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Follow all local & state laws, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis on and off a hand truck without assistance. Must be able to walk 1 to 3 miles per day, as long as climb stairs.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages onto a hand cart
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
