Issues pagers, zone assignments, and transportation log sheet to the transporters as they report to work;
Oversees the flow of patient transportation by monitoring transportation activity via the automated transportation application;
Monitors transporters activities as they relate to delay codes and assistance required;
Effectively manages transport emergency hot line for MRTs, Airways, and other critical assistance needed by transporters and elevators;
Documents all calls to include: elevator requests, improper patient transports, and patient identification issues
