Location: Fort Drum
US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Operate warehouse-type tractors to transport materials, furniture, and equipment within the installation, towing vehicles like wheeled trailers and dump carts using simple coupling devices;
Load and unload cargo, ensure towed vehicles are balanced and securely connected to the tractor before transport;
Perform limited, routine operator maintenance on tractors;
Work under the direction of a supervisor with instructions for tasks and have work reviewed for compliance with standard operating procedures
