Facilities Technician​/Driver Private Family

A private family in the New York City area is seeking a highly responsible, dependable, and professional Facilities Technician / Driver to support day-to-day property needs across multiple locations.

This role requires managing a weekly courier loop, fulfilling ad hoc driving requests and errands, maintaining a small fleet of vehicles, and assisting with a wide variety of household and property-related responsibilities.

• Providing hands‑on facilities support including building walkthroughs
• Warehouse organization
• Contributing to ongoing household projects and general maintenance tasks

• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe navigation
• Knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and upkeep

• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving equipment
• Light grounds work such as snow removal and pressure washing
• Sound judgment
• Positive, no‑task‑too‑small attitude with willingness to assist wherever needed

• Experience working closely with facilities and household staff

This is a year‑round, full‑time opportunity with a starting salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
