Export CSR - OrderID

We are working with a freight forwarding logistics company near JFK Airport who is looking to hire an Export CSR on a temp to hire basis. This position will require some work in the warehouse along with office work.

Hours are Monday-Friday 6a-2p fully on site

Export Position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Data entry of up to 100 files per day
• Enter shipment information into the system
• Update shipment statuses, including shortages and damages
• Communicate shipment updates via email
• Label and examine freight
• Gather and organize shipping paperwork
• Prepare airline pouches
• Coordinate with company drivers regarding shipments and deliveries
• Communicate directly with customers regarding shipment activity
• Support general export department operations in a fast-paced environment
