Job Duties- Perform line maintenance (on‑call and scheduled)
- Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases (within the scope of approval) returning aircraft to service
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to approved technical data provided by the customer
- Ensure all departing aircraft are safe per FARs and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals and that all work performed is properly documented
- Perform line maintenance duties, activities, and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier’s maintenance control center as required
- Current and valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent line maintenance experience, emphasis on troubleshooting, daily and turn checks, and ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
- Experience with B777 aircraft types
- Valid EASA Part‑66 license (B1 and/or B2) or Level III qualification with completion of B1/B2 aircraft systems training (minimum 100 hours)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on‑call schedule as required
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in precarious places
- Ability to frequently lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
- Awareness of working near and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals, and exposure to loud noises
- Visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information
- Ability to work in weather conditions outside and in non‑weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold
- Read and write English
- Pass airport security background checks and travel for work as required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to include nights and weekends to meet customer demand
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer‑facing skills, ability to work with the flight crew and interact professionally
- Independent and self‑motivated with ability to work without direct supervision
