Position: POSCW
202 W2 – Supply Chain and Logistics Associate

Location:

Edgewood, New York

Primary responsibility:
Prepare material that is received in the Post‑Sale warehouse prior to put‑away.

• Perform quality checks on all estimated material.
• Place estimated material on skids (stages) for distribution to warehouse locations.
• Sign in jobs at dock/bay stations and verify deliveries (correct address, box count, etc.).
• Record material shipped from vendors, counting by hand or scale and inputting required data.
• Process small packages, reconcile to pack slip or Bill of Lading, and deliver as needed.
• Deliver and schedule material deliveries via HUB truck to/from Edgewood, I/Harbor Building, TMG, or Smart Mail.
• Prepare for client and management tours.
• Lead temporary staff, providing motivation and professionalism.
• Focus on client needs and suggest business improvements.
• Handle special courier packages (overnight/next‑day air) and manage delivery.
• Ensure conformity to ISO processes and documentation.
• Engage staff following the departmental Q12 action plan.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of receiving docks.

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience in Fulfillment Operations.
• OSHA licensed machine operation.
• Ability to stand and work throughout the shift; flexibility for weekends and holidays.
• Capability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform stooping and kneeling as needed.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  Spanish a plus.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00PM to 1:30AM.

Hourly rate: $21.00 – $22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience; bonus eligible.
