You ensure that air freight processes run smoothly—structured, reliable, and service-oriented. Whether it's customer contact, document processing, or shipment preparation: you keep everything running.

• Commercial order processing in the air freight sector
• Communication with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers
• Processing and shipping of DGR shipments
• Creation, review, and maintenance of cargo-related documents
• General administrative tasks & data maintenance

Education in the commercial field or experience in freight forwarding/logistics

Very good German language skills in speech and writing

Good English language skills

Secure handling of MS Office & IT systems

Team spirit, reliability, and resilience

Willingness to work shifts

Attractive and performance-oriented remuneration according to collective bargaining agreement

A secure job with a permanent contract (40 hours/week on average)

27 days basic leave + additional leave days depending on tenure
