ABOUT THE POSITION
The UD Team is looking for a diligent Operations Assistant/Driver. This role involves transporting students to school activities using a 20/30 passenger bus, supervising students on-site, and aiding the administrative team to maintain seamless operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Transport students to school and events, following a set schedule and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Prioritize passenger safety and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain records, and address any maintenance needs.
- Create a welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee student and visitor movements within the school, ensuring adherence to safety rules.
- Maintain a tidy and organized school environment, ensuring consistent and clear signage that upholds the UD brand.
- Supervise students during meals, meetings, and special events.
- Support logistical tasks, such as material pick-up/drop-off, unpacking, and copying.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, aligning with skills and interests.
$41,600 to $45,760 annually based on years of experience and education.

QUALIFICATIONS- Valid and current Commercial Driver’s License.
- Proven ability to multitask with high-quality results.
- Calm and composed disposition.

- Advocates for restorative practices and a positive, youth-focused approach.
- Effective team player, capable of independent work.
