Job Description

Assistthe delivery driver with loading, unloading, and delivering packages to customers

Deliver packages to up to the 6th floor, including carrying itemsupstairswhenrequired

Lift and move packages up to 50lbs.repeatedly throughout the shift

Use ahand truck or dollysafely and efficiently, including on stairs

Support the driver withnavigating, scanning, and updating delivery dataon smart devices (cell phone or iPad)

Follow alllocal andstatelaws, road safety rules, and company delivery protocols

Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service in all interactions

Work safely in all weather conditions and adapt to changing routes or delivery environments

Communicate effective with the dispatch and driver team to ensuretimelyandaccuratedeliveries

Qualifications

Must be18 years or older

Must be able tolift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs.

Must be able towork weekends(Saturday, Sunday, or both)

Ability tofollow directions, stay focused, and work efficiently

Must be comfortable usingsmart devices(smartphone or tablet)

Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player

Previousdelivery orlogisticsexperience preferred but not required
