Pay Range: $26.50 - $27.50 per hour.

• Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with our unique lift mechanism to load and unload containers in residential and business settings.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to keep your rig and yourself safe and keep truck cab and equipment clean and inspection‑ready.
• Use company–provided handheld devices for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication.
• Act as our brand ambassador. You’ll answer questions, solve placement puzzles, and ensure every container is clean and presentable.
• When you aren’t on the road, you’ll help with storage center functions, forklift operation, and light container maintenance to keep the operation humming.

• A valid CDL license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required. You must also be at least 21 years old and possess (or be able to obtain) a DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum of 3 months of professional driving experience.
• Safety‑first mindset with no moving violations in the past three years.
• Strong spatial awareness to park a vehicle and navigate tight residential spaces with ease.
• Physical stamina: comfortable climbing in and out of the cab (using three points of contact), operating a forklift, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. or applying up to 40 lbs. of pressure for equipment operation. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Customer‑focused: understand customer needs and make service excellence a priority.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
