Our delivery team plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive their orders safely, promptly, and in full compliance with New York State regulations.

• Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.
• Verify order accuracy before departing the dispensary.
• Confirm customer information and delivery requirements upon arrival.
• Maintain delivery logs and required compliance documentation.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and New York State cannabis regulations.
• Communicate effectively with fulfillment staff, dispatch, and management throughout your shift.
• Represent Cannabis on York professionally during every customer interaction.
• Maintain and operate company-provided e-bikes responsibly and safely.

• Previous cannabis delivery, courier, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong e-bike riding skills and commitment to safe riding practices.
• Excellent time management and route efficiency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
