We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet and Driver Manager to oversee our growing operations.

As the Fleet and Driver Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our fleet and drivers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation as a leader in the luxury transportation industry.

• Fleet Management:
  Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of our fleet, including luxury vehicles and motor coaches. Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are in optimal condition for client services.
• Driver Management:
  Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain high standards for driver performance, safety, and customer service.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with federal Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). as well as New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) regulations. Manage vehicle inspections, licensing, and registration processes to ensure full legal compliance.
• Operational Efficiency:
  Develop and implement procedures to improve fleet utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance service quality.
• Incident Management:
  Handle any incidents involving fleet vehicles or drivers, ensuring prompt resolution.
• 24/7 Emergency Response:
  Take full responsibility for managing fleet breakdowns and handling emergency situations around the clock. Ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption to operations.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance, driver metrics, and operational costs to guide decision‑making.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the luxury transportation or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of drivers and a large fleet of vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and TLC regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to respond to emergencies and manage fleet issues 24/7.
