** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites
* Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
* Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to all safety and quality procedures
* Support plant operations as needed to ensure timely and efficient production
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid CDL
* Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow established driving protocols
* Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
* Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable work practices
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with variable daily assignments
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
