Cannabis E-Bike Delivery Associate

We’re looking for a confident NYC cyclist to deliver cannabis orders using a company-provided e-bike
. You’ll be responsible for getting every order to the correct customer safely, securely and professionally.

This is not a gig-app position. You’ll be a Flower Daddy employee, trained on our delivery procedures and supported by our store team.

• Deliver cannabis orders using a company-provided e-bike and approved delivery equipment.
• Review customer information, orders and delivery manifests before leaving the store.
• Keep all products sealed, secured and under your control throughout the route.
• Verify that each customer is the named recipient and is 21+ using valid government-issued identification.
• Decline and return any delivery that cannot be completed safely or legally.
• Maintain accurate delivery status, manifest and order records.
• Communicate delays, route problems, customer concerns or safety issues immediately.
• Complete pre- and post-shift e-bike safety checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Return undeliverable orders directly to the store.
• Help pick, pack and stage orders or support basic store operations between deliveries.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong, confident and safety-conscious e-bike riding skills.
• Experience navigating Brooklyn streets, bike lanes, traffic and changing weather.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly.
• Comfortable using navigation, delivery and mobile communication tools.
• Able to ride for extended periods and safely carry up to 25 pounds.
• Prior courier, delivery, cannabis, retail or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must complete required NYC delivery-cyclist safety training before making deliveries.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

A driver’s license is not required for this e-bike position.

This position requires flexible, open availability.
Evening, weekend and holiday availability is essential
, and late shifts may end around midnight. Schedules may change based on delivery demand.

Applicants who cannot regularly work evenings and weekends will not be a fit for this position.
