Medical Waste Containers - Non CDL Driver (5:30AM start) - 6373

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Walton, KY area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily. Find out more about how we protect you at

• Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner (up to 26 ft box trucks).
• Complete deliveries on schedule and clearly communicate any changes or challenges.
• Load and unload, prioritizing and organizing the truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage routes per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient, and effective service.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and complete roadside inspections.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Demonstrate experience with manual handling (advantageous).
• Work full-time hours, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Pass a 7‑year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Show a flexible, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
• Be confident in road‑check levels 1‑3.
• Demonstrate proven longevity in past employment.
• Maintain on‑time delivery practices.

• Prior experience operating large box trucks (up to 26 ft).
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Physical capability to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
